The executive assessment provides a company with information about specific core requirements necessary to provide a good fit between an individual seeking a position and an organization looking to fill key leadership positions.
The executive assessment takes the time to gather data through human contact. There are no computer-generated data. The assessment process requires a full day. On the day of the assessment, the morning is devoted to a one-on-one interview with Angela Huntsman, Ph.D. The afternoon portion of the assessment is devoted to assessing, among other areas, problem-solving skills under timed conditions, analytical problem solving, relationship development, communication and leaderships skills.
Other key areas assessed are specifically tailored to a given position, the corporate culture, specific industry needs, and the needs/style of the hiring manager. These areas are identified prior to the interview and reflect the specific requirements for the position.
All assessments are performed by Dr. Angela Huntsman. A comprehensive yet targeted report is provided. No portion of the report is computer generated by an assessment program.
